Mugin EV350 is a new full electric VTOL with a wingspan of 3500mm. The airframe is made of full carbon fiber which is lighter and more durable than other airframes that made of fiberglass or composite materials.
The new VTOL features the quick-detach design which is easy to assemble and disasemble. It also features in the aerodynamic design of landing gear. The airframe comes with only 3 landing feet, save the space and weight, but still very stable while taking off or landing.
Price for empty airframe only. It does not contain the motors, ESCs, props, servos and others that showed in the product pictures.

This was the first flight of the Mugin EV350 Full Electric VTOL. Coming in at a 2:58:42 flight time, we were a bit surprised by the time but it did come with it’s own challenges. First it was a fairly windy day and we didn’t have the option of taking off nose first into the wind as there was a relatively large bridge a short distance away facing into the wind.
We’re also using a newly recommended Battery from Tatuu and we’re wanting to test the limits of the battery. Although it is a very nice battery, I still wouldn’t recommend draining it to 3.7 volts per cell before waiting to transition into VTOL landing…
We ended up pushing it a little too much in that aspect and it made for a rather underpowered landing. It wasn’t pretty but at least it worked out in the end. Let us know if you have any questions.
